Once a payment is completed, it is considered final.
2. Why We Follow This Policy
Our training and digital resources are designed to provide immediate value. Students gain instant access to course curriculum, community, digital materials, and live learning experiences.
Because the content is delivered digitally and/or reserved specifically for each participant, refunds are not permitted.
3. Transfer or Adjustment of Fees
Fee adjustments, transfers, or shifting to another course/program are not allowed unless expressly approved by T3M Academy management under special cases. Such decisions are made solely at the discretion of the academy.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you choose not to continue your course, program, or membership, you may cancel participation at any time.
However, cancellation does not qualify you for a refund.
5. Technical Issues
If you encounter technical issues, such as login problems, video access errors, or platform difficulties, our support team will be happy to assist you in resolving them. These issues do not qualify for refunds; however, we provide quick and helpful support.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By enrolling in any course, program, or service offered by T3M Academy, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.
